Program keybox
Change the settings for an iBox BT LE, iBox BT,or iBox.
The settings include:
- Beginning and ending
timed access hours
- Activate or deactivate
timed access hours
- Shackle code
- Call
before showing (CBS) code
- Call
before showing activation / deactivation
- Program an iBox BT or iBox with
business card, listing ID, or listing date information
When using Client version 1.0.4 and above
The programming base is automatically detected and used, there is no setup required.
When using Client version 1.0.3
You must use the Device Manager feature in your computer to set the programming base to use COM1 or COM2 communication ports. Then in SupraNET, when redirected to the COM Port Setup page, use the drop-down menu to choose the same COM port you chose in theDevice Manager. If you log out and log back in, you must set up the COM Ports again.
Program a keybox
- Click Program
Key/Keybox from Common
Tasks on the SupraNET homepage.
- From the Key
or Keybox: Program/Deprogram/Diagnose screen, verify Program
is selected from the Task section.
- From Product
Type, select the type of keybox to program, from the
following:
- iBox BT (iBox BT LE)
- iBox
- Connect the keybox to
the programming base.
- iBox BT and iBox.
To connect an iBox to the programming base, place the iBox with
the infrared lens down and align it with the lens on the programming base.

CAUTION: Never remove a keybox from the programming base
when the box light is on.

- Click Continue.

From the Keybox: Program
screen, make the necessary changes to the keybox programming information.
- Click Continue.
The system displays a completion message and prompts to select
the next task.
