Deprogram keybox

Remove the system code so that it can be taken to another board / association / MLS to have a new system code programmed into it.

Deprogram a keybox

1. Click Program key / Keybox from Common Tasks on the SupraNET homepage.
2. From the Key or Keybox: Program / Deprogram / Diagnose screen, select Deprogram from the Task section.
3. From Product type, select the type of keybox to deprogram from the following:
• iBox BT
• iBox
4. Connect the keybox to the programming base.  
• iBox or iBox BT.  To connect an iBox to the programming base, place the iBox with the infrared lens down and align it with the lens on the programming base.

5. Click Continue.

Note:  The programming information is displayed in the Keybox: Deprogram screen.

6. Click Continue.

The system displays a completion message and prompts to select the next task.
