Logging on

Log on to SupraNET

1. Go to www.supraekey.com.
2. Click the Log on to SupraNET link.
3. The SupraNET Login screen opens, along with your association / MLS, select your association / MLS from the list and click Continue.

Note: If the incorrect association / MLS is displayed, click the Change Owner link and select the correct association / MLS.

4. Enter the login name and password that were provided to you and click Login.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot your password? link and:

1. Enter your login name.
2. Select your secret question.
3. Enter the answer to the secret question.
4. Click Continue and the system confirms your password is reset and a new password is emailed to you.

The system will prompt you to change your password once you log on with the new password.
